Beverly Cooper is a dedicated Chief Compliance Officer who has worked with several organizations within the Housing Authority and Criminal Justice industries. She has developed, overseen, and implemented comprehensive compliance programs, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards. Beverly provides strategic guidance to her leadership team, conducts risk assessments, and establishes effective policies and procedures. Ms. Cooper deeply understands compliance intricacies in the Housing Authority sector and leads with excellence when navigating complex regulatory environments. She is distinguished for delivering high-quality services and devising solutions that enhance operational efficiency and performance. Beverly holds certifications as an HCV Program Manager, Hearing Officer, Rent Calculation Specialist, and Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry Assessor from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.

Adrienne Hibbert has dedicated over a decade to supporting business owners with diverse needs and solutions. She is results-driven and leads our expansion efforts within the Housing Authority industry at BRC. Her key responsibilities are market research, developing and executing business development strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Operations Support Manager

 Kitrina Jenkins is an accomplished Operations Manager who oversees and optimizes the operational functions essential to the agency’s compliance initiatives. She has a robust compliance operations background, demonstrating expertise in developing and implementing efficient processes. Mrs. Jenkins manages daily operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and spearheading initiatives to enhance efficiency.
